regarding minors
ALL MINORS 16 yrs OLD AND YOUNGER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A LEGAL GUARDIAN.
The guardian must have a form of identification.
- passport, driver's license.
The driver's license number will be recorded on the paperwork.
If the minor does not share a last name with the guardian, a letter from a parent or proof of guardianship must be shown.
